By placing an order with Your Little Treasures, you agree to the following terms:
Ordering
• Please ensure all personalisation details are correct at the time of order. We cannot be held responsible for mistakes in the information you provide.
• Where photos are required, these must be sent to us in high quality by email at little_treasures2016@hotmail.com. If photos are not received, we will email you to request them. If we still do not receive them within a reasonable time, we will cancel and refund your order.
Payment
• Payments are securely processed through Stripe at the time of ordering.
Delivery
• Each order is handmade and takes 3–5 working days to create before dispatch.
• Once ready, orders are shipped via Royal Mail First or Second Class (chosen at checkout).
• We currently only deliver within the UK.
Personalised Items
• Due to the bespoke nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless the item is damaged in transit or we have made an error with the personalisation.
Right to cancel
• We reserve the right to cancel any order in exceptional circumstances.
3. Shipping & Delivery Policy
• Processing time: 3–5 working days for us to create your personalised gift.
• Delivery options:
• Royal Mail First Class (1–2 working days)
• Royal Mail Second Class (2–4 working days)
• We currently only ship within the UK.
• Once orders are dispatched, delivery times are the responsibility of Royal Mail.
Because our products are personalised and made to order, we do not accept returns if you change your mind.
We will, however, replace or refund if:
• Your item is damaged in transit, or
• We have made a personalisation error.
Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order, including photos of the product and packaging. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

How do I personalise my product?
When ordering, please enter your personalisation details in the personalisation box. The more detail you provide, the better we can create your item.
What if my order requires a photo?
If your order requires photos, please email them to little_treasures2016@hotmail.com in high quality.
What happens if I don’t send my photo(s)?
If we don’t receive the required images, we will contact you via email. If no response is received, we will issue you a refund
