- We have made an error with personalisation (for example, a spelling mistake made by us)
If you experience either of the above issues, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at little_treasures2016@hotmail.com, including your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
Once reviewed, we will either:
- Arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you, or
- Offer a refund if a replacement is not possible - we may ask for the product back to inspect it and make a claim with our supplier or shipping provider.
