Returns

At Your Little Treasures, we take great pride in creating unique, personalised gifts made especially for you. Because each item is custom-made to order, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns or offer refunds if you simply change your mind.

However, your satisfaction is very important to us. We will always put things right if:

  • Your item arrives damaged in transit
  • We have made an error with personalisation (for example, a spelling mistake made by us)

If you experience either of the above issues, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at little_treasures2016@hotmail.com, including your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Once reviewed, we will either:

  • Arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you, or
  • Offer a refund if a replacement is not possible - we may ask for the product back to inspect it and make a claim with our supplier or shipping provider.

Important Notes

  • Please double-check all personalisation details before placing your order, as we cannot take responsibility for mistakes in the information you provide.
  • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition if we request a return.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
